meh. 51.1km run and 0.2kg lost. It's proving difficult to lose any weight while training since I'm hungry all the time and there's too many snacks around the house due to my eldest being a grazer. I need to get my arse in gear and make one of the feed zone portables recipes and see if that helps with the post run munchies.

Nice!
I’m that your end goal?
I'm aiming for 14st 2lb. It should be 14st but I NEVER get below the last 2lb's ... no idea why.
It's best part of another stone, but I've done it before (on Keto though)

I’ve never been lighter than 14 stone 1. I’m now 13stone 9.
Loads of protein, still having carbs, no bread, limited milk not snacking and still meal prepping.

Good going ! I'm veggie so we tend to eat pretty well with everything cooked from scratch, loads of er... veg obvs... not a lot of carbs...
I'll keep going. Doing quite a lot of cycling (230 miles in Feb which is A LOT for Feb for me) and enjoying it.

Nothing to report on weight (had a massive blip yesterday and the day before - long story) but today I did something I've always been afraid of. That is, I had a cold shower after shaving my head. Always been afraid of such things as it usually takes a while washing all the trimmed hair out of the bald head. Happily it all worked well and with the cold water (felt freeIng but am such it wasn't!) everything was washed out surprisingly fast.
Even made a little song in the shower which I quietly sang to myself to remind the deep breathing and that there's much more painful things that exist (well, I was singing of the hell-fire but I appreciate that for many it might not be their thing). Everything worked out surprisingly well and I'm still alive.
Checked my calorie burn on the old watch before and after. 80Kcal/H before and for the past 40 mins or so it's still been steadily rising. Currently at 91Kcal/H and was about 85kcal/H straight after. Heart rate is still up in the 100s (resting HR for me is around 55 beats/min) and... and I'm hopefully going for a ride after having a touch of breakkie!

What’s that in active hours? I think we need to remember it’s hours on a bike that counts. I covered 207 miles in 14 hours before and in the same 14 hours I’ve covered much less on a bb200. Good going though, that’s not what I’m getting at. Just keen to share my love of hours on a bike rather than mileage.

Got weighed at hospital this morning before my MRIs. I'll not log that weight as it's different scales and I was dressed, surely that's the only reason for the shocking number?

Stick to one set of scales when logging. Please don’t disheartened, every Friday, weigh yourself on the same scales on solid ground. That’s your number you really note of, nothing else.

I seldom manager much over 10mph average, occasionally 11… I tend to calculate for 10 so a 20 miler will take at least 2-2.5 hours so 230 would be 23+ hours
I’ll see if I can tally it up better…. About 20 hours by the looks of it ….

That’s pretty decent! You can see why I’m drawn in by hours rather than miles looking at it like that :)

Since 16th Jan my weight is down 4.8kg, BMI down 1.5, Body Fat down 2.3%, Muscle Rate up 2.2%, Fat-Free Body Weight down 1.7kg, Subcutaneous Fat Down 1.9kg, Visceral Fat down 1.4kg, Body Water up 1.7%, Skeletal Muscle up 1.3%, Protein is up 0.5%, BMR is down 36 cals and virtual body age is down 3 years. On running, I've also got new PB's on 1km, 1mile and 5km. MCL is mainly healed just the odd bend at an unusual angle makes it hurt, normal day to day use/running/pedaling is fine. Endurance and overall fitness levels feel higher as well.
I'm curious how long I can keep this rate of improvement up for as the longer I try I'm sure the improvement gains will slow and start to become more marginal. I'm now aiming for a weight in the low 70kg's which should give me a body fat rate of approx 8-14%. I'm also after a slight muscle and strength increase, but mainly it's the overall stamina improvements I'm after in time for the July NYM300/Oct BB200 and a couple of random trail runs I fancy entering. I'm hoping sub 75kg and a body fat of 15/16% should be achievable by July.
Pretty happy to have lost a cat according to Google, as I am a dog person.

Work project complete/software launched successfully so no longer doing 16 hour days!
Only real exercise has been weights in the gym which are improving steadily there, hitting PBs regularly.
Not had much of a chance to cycle into work this week due to sub-zero temps. Don't fancy hitting ice on a back road at 4am.
However, am off to Coniston in the campervan Friday-Monday so will be doing hill walking and mountain biking there. 4 weights sessions this week as well as a boxing class tonight, so hopefully kickstart some further weightloss.
Not sure of end/target now as am happy with how I look and my clothes fit etc.

Feb 22nd 95.02kg 14st 13.5lb
March 1st 95.75kg 15st 0.7lb
March 8th 95kg 14st 13lb
Snuck back under the 15st mark !! Only a lb but I'll take that !
Now need to get to 14st 10lb ...
Still doing my stretching & walking. March's walking challenge on Pedometer ++ on and iPhone is for me to walk 95miles ... I'm on a 55 day 10,000 step streak and so far have done 32.5 miles so 62.5 to go. Should be a doddle because we're planning on walking the Mortimer Trail in the last week of March and that's 30 miles over 3 days.
Cycling is good. I've done 59.34 miles in the last 7 days and I'm only 10 miles down on the year with a decent ride planned on the Long Mynd on Sunday
Heading in the right direction and I'm happy with that !
