I love the way your dearest gets the - ahem - budget item
Out of interest, as I'm in the market for another mat, did you find any particular deals on them?

Not specifically. The Synmat came from UOG and the Downmat from OutdoorGB.

Revelate Sweet roll and front pouch finally got to local depot for me to go and pay customs on. Great bag, so stable, easy to install, and feels tough.

Busy morning for Gwyn the post.
What could possibly be the ugliest helmet ever made, the Urge SupaCross, however it is very light and very comfy. Reduced from £100 to £39.99 at CRC. Also a Haglof Shield Pro jacket. Think ultralight windproof but with 40g of insulation in the front and a pack-away hood. Another bargain, reduced from £120 to £40 at Cotswolds ... weighs around 130g.

Haglof Shield Pro jacket - how does it fit Stu?
If I wear a medium T-shirt do I need a medium?
Always a Rab/patagonia medium for a closeish ft but with long arms?

Medium T shirt here too, bought a Medium jacket and it fits well ... enough room under it for a couple of thin(ish) layers. Arms are nice and long with thumb loops.

You can't beat a full, non biased, indepth review ... and that's f'all like one
I had read that the rear adjuster could be a weak point but after seeing it, I reckon it's only a concern if you're a cack handed gorilla with cold fingers.

A Solarstorm X2 LED front light - £15 - I don't know how they can do it for that.
It was rude not to buy yet another front light (I can't think when I will use it though as I have more lights than I know what to do with)
And some Endura bib shorts from the LBS (with vouchers I got for winning a couple of their races) - lovely and comfy they are

From xcracer shop I got one of the KCNC bar mount extension for mounting even more stuff!
Went to the lbs and saw inner tubes at £8 or £9 each! When did they get that expensive? So I went to
www.innertubeshop.com and got 5 for £10.
