also im short (5ft5) so would probably even fit in a junior bag

I'm also a hobbit so got a PHD half-bag; plenty of overlap with my down jacket and takes up no space at all. Great for getting up in the night for a piss and not having to get cold!

If you are relatively small and female, tkmaxx in Sheffield had very nice yeti down jackets at £99 down from £350.... Try as I might, the biggest one (ladies medium) wouldn't fit me!

CRC are doing a tenner off for 'new' customers if you spend 50 bar. Just clear your browser history and cookies before ordering and you are treated as a new customer. If you want a few things buy them individually and clear your browser history each time for a tenner off each item!

You mean £30 OFF a saddle.
I thought £30 for that saddle was too good to be true

Did anyone's turn up from the previous link?
Yep, took about 3 weeks.
Thoughts?
I hate to say this as it feels like a betrayl but it's actually very good. When it and a TS are side by side, then, this isn't to the same standard of manufacture but it's still very good ... especially when held up with some super-dooper carbon poles

Cheers Stu. I missed them last time and although I'd like a 'real' trailstar would struggle to justify it when this option exists.
Even the man maths don't support the trailstar.
Now if only I could remember where I ordered my last set of carbon poles from........

Seems fine so far and I've not bothered to seal it.

In fairness, living in such an arid area why would he?

I also got one and I'm amazed how good it is for the price. It's not seen a proper storm yet, mind.

Hmmm, tempting!
Is I the same dimensions as a trailstar? I.e. Needs a big footprint to pitch. Also, what's interior size like for someone tall?

Yep.

It covers a lot of ground but because it's a tarp the ground doesn't need to be smooth or flat.

No one's going to stand up under one but if you're lay down, there's a lot of room, even for giants.

If it's the same size as a real trailstar it'll be big enough for a party.
One windy night in the Brecon Beacons, 4 of us sat underneath and it was given the moniker of "The Marquee".
