Really want to be there but still battling a stupid lurgy - hopefully my 15(!!) day course of antibiotics will help, funny I thought all the fresh air in wales during TnB would have helped rather than made it a million times worse

Awful feeling so rubbish when April seems to be looming rather too close for comfort

Is it normal service tomorrow? Wondering if we should consider planning a rockier route as I'm starting to tyre of endless mud....

Same time and place?

Sound good, but I think we have more chance of finding a route way-marked with £5 notes than mud free, even the rocks are softening up in this

True Paul! Although the Edale, Chaple gate, roych clough return viajacobs ladder will be mostly solid.

Realise it maybe a bit of a trek for people though...

IF folk are keen for that I could meet AW at mine collect mark and pick up Paul on the way through. Is it too far out the way for Dave though?

I will be there - and shouldn't have any problems with the time either as the children have deserted me for the evening. If i'd have thought i could have made it into a feb bivi and ridden straight to work in the morning . . . .maybe next time!

I'm home and fed now. Quite a long commute this evening. Rode from near northern general to the ladybower, lovely ride with Dave and Ione. Then rde home.

Another 68km/1920m in the bag...

Be good to have you along ian :-) welcome any time (although I'd imagine a fair trip in the car to join us!) what brings you up this way?

Edit - have actually read properly now. Enjoy your holiday :-)
