I'm gonna assume that means it's not a phone camera Greg
You'd be correct :)

A break between climbs at Dovestones (West Yorks mostly... but is literally the border with Lancs.)

Do you know if said artist sells kodama...? Would love a few of those for the garden...

@Boab They were for sale but I'm not sure if the exhibition is still on. The artist's name was Ed Eliot and they might be back in September.

And a glimpse of my winter plans, about to dive into the wonderful world of wide field astrophotography: this is a test shot with 8 stacked frames of 10 seconds each of the Gamma Cygni Nebula region. No where near enough data to get a good image yet! Trailing stars are due to me rushing some of the setup.

After starting the Wainwrights in the lakes when I was a youngster just after passing my driving test, I then stopped after finding bikes and now in early retired it's time to tick off some more
This is the view from Wansfell my 144ths Wainwright
2/3rd ticked off just 70 left to do before I shuffle off this mortal coil

I've been at six (possibly five) to do for about ten years now. Why the possibly? I'm pretty sure that I've visited Tarn Crag above Easedale but never marked it as such in my guides.
There's a lot of "fillers", minor prominences on ridges that sort of thing, equally some of the lower fells are really good viewpoints.

Such a wonderful addition to the building. It's a phenomenal space to spend time in.

This is a test image - the foreground is blurred as I haven't edited it yet.

It's a stack of 5 90s subs - foreground trails as it was taken using a tracking mount. Yellow cast is due to the Sodium lights and me not having a light pollution filter to fit over the 14mm lens.

That's an excellent shot. Slightly tighter crop on the LHS to take out the horse butt (maybe a rock) on the land horizon and it's even better.

Wow, really nice shot. Such a surreal scene because of the changing contexts...

Only really sharing this opportunist phone snap as quite by chance there's a bikepacking connection that I guess some of you might spot.

Aurora out the back garden - I should have probably headed out of the village to somewhere dark as it was quite spectacular, this blurred pic is pretty good though for a point and press!

Fantastic!

My other half got a picture on her phone of some red aurora from our back garden in Newbury - yet another special night for the aurora. When I went out with my 'proper' camera, the clouds had rolled in!
