Loving the excitement of dot-watching this year's race. Keeping me distracted from what's happening next week!

Would anyone be so kind as to give me a brief run-down as to where people are. I'm still suffering internet meltdown and although Greg's tweets are very informative, I
must have more info

Stunning considering the weather differences for Phils round.
But, if we took the extra time away that the start section added in this year....very, very close.

The fast people are currently completing the hike-a-bike after Lochinver at a similar pace to Tom last year.
Alans on the road after Kylesku and Barrington is a few hours behind.
The other mortal group is passing through Bealach Horn being chased by Rich and Shona

I should be mowing the lawn, but dot watching is far more important!

What's happened to Nik Kinloch?
Maybe he has just stopped for a very long lunch.
He's not going anything like as quickly as I expected knowing about his sub 24hr Capital Trail and the pace he was doing on the Cairngorms Loop.

Nik's on the move again. Must have been sampling the excellent seafood at the Kylesku hotel.

Looks like the lead four are stocking up in Ullapool.
Ian Fitz is revisiting the Oykel Bridge Hotel.
Ian Barrington's just tweeted that he's in Pie Town! Which I think is ever so slightly off-route

Javi has lost ground on the road to Ullapool (SSing). Expect his pace to pick up through Fisherfield and Torridon.
Which I think is ever so slightly off-route
No, it goes right past the door.

It's a town famous for its pies. Therefore, pie town. It's very nice

Say hello to Bryan, from Andy, if you would next time you two cross.
