I still love my Wingnuts for carrying stuff "on my back".
I started riding in the mists of aeons past with a no-name waist belt and there's no way I'd bother with one now. I guess some of the tech and design might have got a bit better in the intervening years (decades!)

I've got a 3rd hand wingnut which i've not tried yet, but they look really good for taking the weight lower down...

I have a camelbak one[ bumbag type] and I quite like it for rides when its warm and I dont want anything on my back
I have not experienced the problems you folk have when using it
I have the camelbak equivalent to the wing nut and the bladder in that is rather uncomfortable when full IME and that is much more of a faff to get it positioned correctly - then again it is a 3 litre bladder but no issues with my "normal" camelbak with a 3 lt reservoir
Note to self now the kids dont cycle

sell some camelbaks

Reverse has done something great for those swapping Eagle drivetrains/wheels back and forth with ssp wheels.
"Singlespeed Kit for XD Driver Hub Bodies"!
Yay!
And no, I, nor others need some lame "who rides with XD anyways" comments.

Golly, those looks are ones only a mother could love IMO
Just shy of Euro 4,000 is quite salty as well (for a rigid HT), though I'm not familiar with the pricing of stuff running Pinnions.
Interesting though

Decathlon's bikepacking bike released soon. Looks like a very competitive price. Looking forward to seeing some reviews

I quite like the look of the new Marin Larkspur in a very strange way as an around town bike

It looks like they didn’t know what to do with all the off cuts in the Marin factory. Until Bob had a bright idea

I can't stop looking at that frame and I cant figure out why. So much why?
Hold on - it's for frame stands/surfs, like BITD BMX!

I thought it had a dropper post at first view. That would have been weird! Maybe its some form of suspension post?

There looks to be 4 cables/hoses at the bars, there's no front mech so it probably is an internally routed dropper post.

A dropper makes sense on a town bike for people who aren't confident at traffic lights. Electra cruisers made a brand and a 70million sale to Trek out of having a design where you could pedal OK and still get your feet fully on the ground (a lot of other things made them a success, but that was their usp).
I like that Marin though. Excess tubing aside : ) Did this hybrid for Pinnacle which was similar - big tyres, agile geometry and quite relaxed position. It was a hoot on a byway or dry singletrack and that Marin with even bigger tyres and a dropper should be great fun in that way.

They're a similar colour?
Some influence for the Pinnacle came from my Jones, that may be a credible link between the Pinnacle and the Stooge? Plus the colour

(It's more mint green than blue in reality)
