Yes, we were at an event called the Mediterranean Epic which MrsPB rode on Saturday, 205km and 3,800m of climbing, she finished in under 10 hours. These sportives are pretty big over here, there were over 1,000 riders in her event and more in the shorter 110km distance. Semi closed roads and perfect weather made it a good event, I went gravel riding and caught up with her at the halfway point. Delgado was guest of honour and rode the Epic, he normally commentates for Spanish Eurosport and is still worshipped over here.

More of a proud moment captured in a photo rather than a proud photo to show off.

For the first time in over 20 years (since later Feb) I'm enjoying my job as a purchaser and stock controller to a nationwide fencing company

City centre Manchester round of the GB orienteering league. Gutted not to be running, but I've not healed up enough to race. Good excuse to grab a map and head out to shoot some grotty canal tunnel running. Was ace. Real 3D navigation required.

Went up to the Aberdeenshire coast with assorted family for a week last month. First time I've had the proper camera out for a while, and nice weather, chilled family time, and the gorse and broom (never sure which is which) made me find my mojo for it a bit. A few selections...

Panic snapped this on my tent over the weekend. Camera was in the tent. I was outside. Took a lot of very slow moving to make sure it didn't fly off. Utterly beautiful.
