No Mark we had planned to camp near llyn Grinwydden on Sunday,but decided to descend
off Mynydd Waun Fawr and seek shelter, fortunately the first farm we came to had a very
nice farmer at home.

Saturday night was wet but had great views (slightly reduced due to the mist!)...

This is nowt to do with me, it belongs to Pete Gale but I think it's one of the best WRT / bikepacking pictures I've seen ... for me it just captures 'something'. There's certainly a bit of two wheeled tramp going on

Saturday night we were getting desperate. Soaking wet, cold and starting to get dark at 9pm we stumbled across this little oasis in the desert. By day a typical village bus stop:-


By night a luxurious 3 bed apartment with kitchen diner, bike store and outside toilet




Not too many “off road” photos as I couldn’t be bothered getting the camera out in the rain.

I have just put a video together with all my clips :D I usually take stacks of pics but wanted to make a vid for this one. Will post up somewhere when I get it sorted.

Some people told us we were going the wrong way. :?

Hmmm, I think I maybe chose my route a bit more carefully that some.

Other than one river crossing, we had virtually dry feet all weekend.
