Hi all,
If the weather stays like last week make sure you pack some neck covering, factor 50 sun block and some Nuun tablets.... just back from a few days on the TCW and we were drinking 11 litres of water a day and still getting dehydrated... suffering the after effects still!
A sleeping bag liner was all that was needed up till the early hours...
The open trails were all dry and even in the forests it's looking good.

Sounds great - well apart from the dehydration! Hopefully it'll be too hot for midges too :-)
