Are you doing them this year? Did I miss out?

Never done BB200 jerseys but there are T shirts ... there were details on the entry. Order's about to go in but if you want one there's still time, just let me know sharpish.

Already ordered the t-shirt ta. For the life of me, I could have sworn people were riding in BB200 Jerseys last year. Must be my age catching up with me and making my mind all befuddled!

but new jerseys would be nice . . .maybe merino, so they smell less on the long trips . . . not that i have one as they aren't girl shaped (hint hint!) but i have spent several days on a trip with one . . . it's not a fragrance that's going to get bottled anytime soon put it that way!

Something like these? http://www.juracycleclothing.co.uk/pers ... customised (but cheaper!)

I did look into merino jersys but as you say, the price is a little in the high side.

I'm liking bamboo at the moment, I had the same top on for 6 days continually in the IOM, a full 144 hours and although not exactly smelling of roses it wasn't too unpleasant by the time I took it off ... although my 78p 'forever young' wet wipes might have helped :-bd

I'm not a fan of the typical jerseys, though I did try the last lot of BB ones (sizing issues). The reek of the synthetics is also pretty grim. An all round "technical T" sort of top in bamboo (Bam socks - lovely ) would be of interest.

I'd be well up for something bamboo or merino.

I expect to pay a little more than synthetic so as long as it's not insano pricey then I'd be in.

Why not consider a member funded scheme (P2P or Bear to Bear  ) for some pucker cycle tops say long and short sleeved half zip bamboo or GTex?

Jerseys aren't the problem and in the past they've been done on a pre-order basis so there's no funding issues. The problem is finding a company that can produce merino / bamboo / whatever tops at a price that doesn't induce a sharp intake of breath and wringing of hands

CTC Devon use a third party producer which I think is Impsport.
If you order a Devon jersey the order form and product comes from them - Impsport - direct.

Must be producers worldwide I would have thought.
Perhaps just some printed bin liners and stay with the BB zeigeist.
