Adapter to move a bottle cage
I tried a search but can't find anything - can anyone point me in the direction of the adapter rail to let you move the bottle cage position within the frame?
Re: Adapter to move a bottle cage
John Climber ordered some a while back. Sure he'd be able to let you know.

Re: Adapter to move a bottle cage
I got a set of plastic clips that look a bit like hose clamps - Halfords for about a fiver. I'm thinking of using one of them and the bottom bottle hole on my frame to lower it right down so I can fit a half frame bag up top.
Re: Adapter to move a bottle cage
I use 'Elite VIP Bottle Cage Clamps' which have been surprisingly robust and been on my bike for a couple of years and 10,000++ km.
I have just got a pair of the mountskidmore ones which look more solid but dont put the bottle cage far enough down for my medium size frame to fit a frame bag too.
They may be in the classifieds soon...

There's also the Shimano DI2 adapter thingy. I've just ordered one of them.

Is it possible to weld them together, so that you can "cut and shut" your 2 into a longer single unit?ianfitz wrote: I have just got a pair of the mountskidmore ones which look more solid but dont put the bottle cage far enough down for my medium size frame to fit a frame bag too.
