Does anyone know about the changes? I'm tempted by a very good sounding deal on a 2013 frame. the looks to be some diferences between the two but does anyone know how these will affect the ride?

Was that the year they introduced the split pivot?

Just looked, it is. In '14 they introduced a split pivot rear. Probably works a little better but who knows.

Also, tweaked the geometry. Looks like they slackened the HA, but then specced a 51 offset fork to keep the steering nice.

Not ridden either though.

Split Pivot came in on the 2014 frames - massive difference to how the frame reacts under pedalling and while descending. I have had both. I'd not go back to the non Split Pivot.
