Scam alert?

Post by Mariner »

Has anyone purchased anything from a multiwebsite with names like trekkinn or bikeinn?
Did you ever receive your order?

I ordered two items couple of weeks ago they declined one order because I might be defrauding myself while accepting my other order :-L
Money taken order supposedly shipped but Yodel cant trace it?
Its supposedly a Spanish company operating out of Girona and so far not responding to queries.
Zazen - nothing happens next this is it.

I don't think they're actually scammers ... just pisspoor. I've heard similar stories about delays, rejected orders and missing stuff but they all seem to get resolved in the end.
May the bridges you burn light your way

What he said ^

Cheap on paper but terrible service, often don't actually have or are even able to source advertised items and terrible (non existent) custumer service.

That said, I did eventually end up with what I wanted.

I've bought from bikeinn before. After a week and a half with no sign of my parcel I contacted them to find out what was going on. They apologised and posted it with a courier on next day delivery... So they f*cked up but sorted it once they were notified...
