1st off road bikepacking suggestions?

Hi all,

As usual I'm scabbing ideas. I'm looking for route suggestions in the North Wales area for a first forray in to off road riding / wild camping. I'm after a two day, one night route, possibly circular, or ending near a town / train station if it's a linear route. Quite happy to ride around 40-50 miles per day, but I'd prefer to avoid any mental / masochistic climbs. I was kind of hoping for more cross country, cruising through forests, past lakes etc...

I'm already planning routes of my own, (with plenty of advice from Stu) but was wondering if there are any "known" routes that fit this bill?
