Fat bike or cross bike?

I ran 33:17 fat bike last year. Could have gone higher geared.

I'd go with about 60 gear inches (33:16 on a 29er).

So that'd be 32:14 for those little aero wheels you've got.

It's a good course. Hope it's drier for you than it was last year. The woods singletrack is good - fast and flowing. You should have plenty of fun, though it's pretty full on in terms of pace and effort. Not many places to have a rest!

After riding on some local sand this morning (very early before work of course  ) the FrankenCross is coming for a play as well.
I'll chose the best bike on the day after a test ride on Sunday to guarantee me a place in the mid table mediocrity area of the field.
