Somewhat of a long shot. However I'll explain to those who weren't there.
Went for a pint with my Mrs last night and saw two bikes outside the Royal in Hayfield with full bikepacking kit.
Had a chat with them and asked where they were heading, gave them a bit of local knowledge and off they went after last orders into the night.
My friend who works behind the bar texted me today, to say she couldn't sleep last night fearing they might have ended up in the Res.
So let me know if it was you. Claire (whoo doesn't do camping) wants to know if you had a good night. :)
