I know we can all be a little geeky so thought this might keep some of you amused for a while, lots of interesting stuff when you start to look properly.

Whatever you do, don't do it on a Salsa Fargo as you're almost twice as likely to scratch. So say the statistics.

What's that saying - “Statistics are like a bikini. What they reveal is suggestive, but what they conceal is vital.”

The dissertation of a friend on his way to becoming a doctor in maths was about the standard deviation of statistics (of the Swiss departement of statistics). He figured out, that the statistics have a deviation of (roughly) 30 %. Now... he measured and calculated this with statistic methods. So his statement about the accuracy of the statistics also had a deviation of 30 %...

Gotta love Tableau! Looks like my new build up of a 2nd hand El Mariachi might bode well for my 2016 attempt! Maybe...

I'm not surprised, after two days on the WRT 2013 I was thoroughly bored of being jabbed in the groin by bar-end shifters at every gate and stile. The thought of that repeated for a month fills me with dread.
