I had an earlier model which worked well for a while and then gave up. This looks a little better.
My TeckNet 15000mAh does not have the same intelligence about charging to a devices max power (1 port fixed at 1A and the other at 2.1A). My Samsung S3 mini does not always like it.
With mains I am now using the Anker® 40W 5-Port High Speed Desktop USB Charger with PowerIQ™ Technology which seems to be working really well for every device I have tried so far (about 7 different items).
I also note that Anker have a 16000mAh version that looks a similar design at 50% more money for about 25% more power and two others that are different designs at 15000 and 20000 (both a lot more expensive). So the 13000 looks like a sweet spot at the moment.
