Bouncy Forks
I may, or may not, but likely am be looking around a bit for some suspensions forks.
I have some SIDS from 2012 I think. They are on the blink again (compression / lockout not working)
If I was to replace these, whats the consensus on something reliable and light?
I do ride rigid too, but sometimes thats just not the way to go.

Re: Bouncy Forks
Another happy Reba user here, cheap and reliable, and easy to service.
Re: Bouncy Forks
Same here. Was pleasantly surprised with mine, though the thru axle QR is fiddly.johnnystorm wrote:Manitou Towers are pretty good imho.

Re: Bouncy Forks
I used to, until they introduced CTD dampers, and now there's no total lockout functionality. To assume that everyone climbs seated so don't need to lockout is a stupid move IMO. I wont be buying any fox forks until they go back to proper lockout.Zippy wrote:I like fox.

Oh..I didn't realise that. I climb out of the saddle loads, and the fox remote I was dead impressed with, spose my forks are from 2010

Re: Bouncy Forks
cheers all.
Been looking around at prices. Forks are pretty pricy eh. I think I'd forgotten...
I'll keep my eye out for a bargain

Re: Bouncy Forks
Yeah, I thought the same before I bought the Manitous. They were 50% off at CRC, so at two hundred notes they were good value.
