Not wet enough for Twyi Forest.

Pretty sure I've not been there, but I'll take a stab at: SN 752905

How far east, approximately. Can't seem to see anything in Hafren, or have I gone too far?

Isn't Hafren south of SN 752905 ?

From SN 752905 go roughly NE 16 or 17 grid squares ;)

Not on my map it isn't - it's east, or east-southeast.

Can't find anything like your picture on my map, even with your most recent reference :?

This might help ... it's within 5K of one of last years most NE WRT grid reference points ;)

More north(ish) than that but you're starting to get much closer.

Bang on Ian

For anyone not fed up with this game yet, can you tell me what famous Welsh mountain is behind Paul in this picture (obviously the mountain's out of shot)?

There are so many first class bogs in Wales, it's almost impossible to separate them*

But is this one Carnau, or it's westerly neighbour, Drygarn

First clue ... it's national park and not the Beacons.

Oh, is that the bit of wet bridleway around the east side of Cader Idris that was on the WRT last year, before you hit the Cross Foxes/ Tywyn road?

You're in the right national park but go much further north.

Are you implying that Carnedd Llewelyn isn't a mountain?

Or is it a trick question?

No, it is very much a mountain. I thought you were suggesting the pic was taken on Carnedd Llewelyn ... my mistake.
