Shimano AM50 MTB shoes, size 41. Used a handful of times by myself and Cheeky Monkey of this parish, but I found them a fraction too narrow for my feet (despite being size 41 on the other two pairs of Shimano shoes I have). Cost me £30 off here, but yours for £25 if they'll fit.
