It would be nice to think that it's going to mutate into a killer parsnip that will than multiply and take over the world.

Thanks for sharing that Lu. Looks lovely. Parsnip curry is very good, but it takes a good chef to pull it off. Check out YT, you might find yourself making one and enjoying!
