This seems like a good bit of kit but I can't find it for sale in the UK. So...
Has anyone used one and, if so, is it worth getting?
Is it available anywhere in the UK?

What kind of mat are you using Charlie?
Exped do a Schnozzle bag and Thermarest do a Pump Sack ... not tried a TR but the Exped works well.

Re: Instaflator
The TR inflator dry bag works well, certainly better than the one included with the Neo-air. It's not a true drybag though, it'd need to be stuffed tightly to keep the "valve" shut.

I've not had a problem with my Instaflator, used it about a dozen times.

Ah well, if it's no good I won't bother.
The mat is a neoair x-lite. Guess I'll try the Thermarest bag/pump.
Thanks all for your help

Re: Instaflator
I made my own schnozzle bag using a pedal bin liner and a washing machine pipe connector. It only weighs a few grams and blows up my exped synmat in 3 refills. If it's been raining, I pack my wet tent in it to stop it from soaking other items in my seat pack.
