You know what Tony, I think I have one of these. If my addled memory serves, I lent it to mate a few years back and it's now stored in his shed. Give me a day to check if he hasn't passed it on. Will PM ya in a bit.

He just dropped it round and we spent a few fun minutes cutting off most of the tape he'd stuck on it to stop his pannier clamps rattling. Tony, I'll ping you a few pics. I've just hung it over a 27'5+ wheel and it looks ok re space, so should be fine on a big 29er, but the strut to connect it to the frame might be the limiter.
