I'd like to see some side-on pictures showing the relationship between your* saddle and bar height please. Can you also say whether you actually ride on the drops much too ... dropbar mountain bikes need not apply as I've got that one well sorted.

2-3cm drop from saddle nose to top of bars, IIRC. Ridden mostly on the drops.
