Cable Disc Brakes (for STIs) - Recommendations?

Post by Cheeky Monkey »

My freek bike needs brakes. They have to run with STIs so need road versions.

I was going to go with BB7s as I have no complaints about the set on my Gryphon but curious whether anyone recommends anything else? I saw some talk about TRP Spyers on STW?

Price-wise think I can do both ends for £100 ish from bikediscount.de

Haynes CX50's are supposed to be very good for about £45 an end, i was looking at them to convert the front of my bike in the future :)

I bought spyres, mainly because both pistons move and that makes me feel warmer inside. I also quite like the look.
I havent used them yet as my frame is still straggling... (I know I've used that before, dont care)
