Innov8 shoe sizing

Calling all innov8 wearers. Do I need my regular size or size up like shimano?
Seen some on sports pursuit that look good.

I went up by half a size.

I'm usually somewhere between a 9 and a 10 and with Innov8 I fit a 9.5 perfectly (go figure!).

I didn't size up, but then I don't for Shimano either.

Have we covered all the permutations yet?

I found the my correct size too narrow and the next one up too long (floppy heel)! But then I have the same problem with Shimano

Gave up and bought something else, bet that is no help

Why not order a few sizes and send back those not needed?

Cheers for all the replies. I have hooves for feet, so I'm told. Will see how I get on with the ones I ordered.
