No surprise there's no loss this week as I've been up against a project deadline so eating has been a snatch and grab affair when time has allowed.
Been a bit more active too.
Managed to get out twice on the splitboard and one turbo (evil misery!) session.
No complaints, mostly behaving and on target for 1kg loss for the month.

Slow steady progress so far and feeling much better for it. Aiming to be back under 110kg next week but I suspect the hard yards come soon!
No idea to be honest. I've only just got one. I know they've been around a while but the actual numbers of years?
You can do it. Dont wanna lose too much too quickly
*sub standard sh!t, there is another profanity filter some where.
I've got good news for you, 1g / lb is largely b*ll*cks. Even more so as you get older.Moder-dye wrote: ↑Tue Feb 02, 2021 10:02 pm Gone to the dark side and I ordered some protein powder (bulk powders whey isolate 90 doesn't have sweeteners etc) as I'm finding it hard to get the recommended 1g/lb body weight with a reduced diet, and even I get sick of too much meat and it may help any hunger. At 50 I don't want to be losing muscle mass if I can help it.
Just had my first shaker of it after a turbo session and it was fine. One scoop in water was 27g protein, 111 cals and just tasted like watery milk. I think a scoop with milk will be a nice little after workout carb and protein drink.
I often have greek yogurt for breakfast, so will try it in that. Doubt I'll even notice it. Hopefully help with a bit of recovery too.
