Is the free hub the same on a pro 2 as a pro 2 evo?

Different part numbers on the exploded drawings, so probably not.

The Pro 2 Evo uses a roller and a normal cartridge bearing, whereas the Pro 2 uses three cartridge bearings.

Just been told it should fit the Pro 2 evo and the Pro 3.

Would that work?

I got my Hope Pro II hub replaced under warranty but it came back with the same freehub so they are definitely compatible.
