Stainless chains?

Just shopping for a new chain and came across Wippermann stainless chains:

Not exactly cheap but not that expensive either. Has anyone used one? I'm hoping that it might be the ideal thing for the upcoming wintery months.

I use one of these, (either SS or with Alfine)

At under £10, you could change your chain at the end of the winter and still be quids in
2924 miles per Gallon

Might consider stainless steel chain when I next bulk buy some chains, good spot. I used to think they were pricier than that...and I couldn't afford £35 for a chain when I was a student :lol:
