Footwear for flatties.
Can anyone recommend any boots for use with flatties as my five tens have started to fall apart. Something waterproof would be nice.

Re: Footwear for flatties.
I wanted something waterproof and lightweight that I could ride and walk in for the HT. After much searching I came across these: http://www.sportsshoes.com/product/INO9 ... ing-boots/
I've been so impressed that I've only worn 5:10s once since these arrived. They're different to most trail shoes as the sole is flat so they're ideal for riding in. I'm just waiting for a pair of Innov8 sock gaiters to arrive which I'm hoping will keep any stones, twigs and maybe even a little water from getting in the top.

May the bridges you burn light your way

Thanks Stu, I like the look of those and the price is good too.

Those innov8s are a fiver cheaper on sportpursuit. If you follow this cheeky link you'll get another £10 off. I think I get a tenner too.
