Shouldn't be too midgey should it? I know there will be some but don't want to be eaten alive.
Don't fancy July/August because of midges, then stalking in September, I am away in October and it's too cold by November and days too short.

Shaun, my trip last year was late June and i didnt have any issues with Midges.
As with anything its a case of picking the right spot away from anywhere damp and a slight breaze will keep them away
