Re: tiger wanted
I have a Sweet Roll. It's the larger of the two models that were available last year, so 8" diameter. I really like it. It holds tons of gear and straps onto the bars pretty easily. There are some spacers provided to create clearance for cables and hoses. The one issue I did have is that the fold-over ends can (a) unfurl when fully packed and (b) create a strange loop that looks a bit cumbersome and could catch on a passing bush
I resolved this by using the supplied "hot straps" to tie the buckles together (hard to explain but the straps run from end-to-end, parallel to the ground). This is a lot tidier and they also act as a bit of a longitudinal compression strap. There are clips for attaching the accessory pocket too.
I originally fancied a harness but they were out of stock, so went for the Sweet Roll instead. I'm glad I did, though I might still buy a harness for carrying my packraft.
FWIW, the new Sweet Rolls are only available in one size (7" diameter) and now have some internal stiffening. That should make on-bike re-packing a little easier than it is with the older style.
Quality-wise, I can't fault it.

Thanks guys. Good input.
I like the spacer idea and a limited size would reduce over packing and front end weight.
Also the pocket attacthment and feed bags are appealing to me too.
More expense :(

Bikepack.eu / Pawel do something similar to the sweet roll:

Good stuff and very well made, choice of sizes, colours and fabrics. Probably not got the accessories of the Revelate stuff. On most trips I prefer the harness style of the Wildcat that lets me use a variety of stuff sack sizes and can be pressed into carrying all sorts of other stuff but, if you were after a sweet roll / double twist type bag I'd have a good look at Pawel's gear.
Bet you could persuade him to do custom stuff as well ;-)

Pawel sent a Repack and Double Twist over for WRT prizes. I had a really good look over them and the quality and attention to detail is as good as anything else, produced by anyone else.Bikepack.eu / Pawel do something similar to the sweet roll:
