WTD: medium hardtail 26" 135mm

Post by TheBrownDog »

Morning team

My daughter sat on her bike for the first time in a year and unsurprisingly the small frame no longer fits her.

So I'm on the scrounge for a medium size (17-18 inch I imagine) hardtail frame. Needs to take 26in wheels, discs, straight steerer and ye olde 135mm rear end. A steel Inbred would be perfect as that's what she has now and I don't have a lot of steerer tube to play with on the fork.

Budget is £100 (ish).

Thank-ee

Looks good Jase but is that £200 for the whole bike or just the frame?

I have a steel 456 frame but unsure of the size. I’m 5”10 so think it may be a large. Welcome to it for postage and continuing the legacy of my first “proper bike” I’m in the Cotswolds or Birmingham for collection

Gah .... that's way too tempting but have to say no - just can't afford it. Thanks though.

Ben, thanks heaps, the 456 sounds brilliant. She's 5'9" and long of limb so should fit that fine with a stumpy stem. I'll PM you later to sort out details. Thanks fella.
