WTD: Carbon fork for 26er

Post by Dan_K »

Until I secure some funds for a 29er frame, fork, wheels or complete bike, i'm going to tart/lighten up my 26er a bit.

Looking for a carbon fork if anyone has one kicking around?

Failing that, I was thinking of buying a Hylix fork as it'll work on a 29er too, thus future proofing myself ready for a 29er frame purchase. Any opinions on the Hylix ones?

I've got one of these that I built up on a Whippet but didn't actually ride.

I can go and measure the steerer if you like. I didn't cut much off as I'm paranoid like that! £100 delivered?

Thanks Johnny but it's a bit more than I want to spend. I'm looking for something around £50. New Exotic and Hylix ones can be had for £90-£100.

No worries. I don't really need it..... But it might find its way onto my Swift!
