We are staying out in Edale tonight, marking up a junior fell race this evening then staying over. Will head over to that at some point, Likely to be in the Nags Head at some stage later on in the evening too.

Mike are you planning on seeing the light festival and camping some wear near this?

I was hoping to try out some wild camping and bike riding and this looks vaguely exciting

Yes we are planning on riding over later . . However currently sat in a cafe in shef so need to go home and pack! :)

We went to AND in winnats last night.

Enjoyed it, won't say too much but head in from the Castleton end if you can.

Well that was interesting to day the least. The roads from Bamford to Castleton where solid traffic..No one at all moving apart from us on bikes. Iv never seen so many people and cars. Castleton was grid locked we fought our way through crouds and crouds of people. Hmm the lights were, let's say interesting. Anyhow made it out the madness over to Edale to the pub where they weren't serving dinner due to it being 10pm so a lovely free ride home on the night train saw us cosy and warm back home, fed and watered. A thoroughly nice evening riding
