Hmmmm, got this snap I took whilst cycle touring in Belize. As well as the vampires there was an outbreak of dengue fever and a rabies epidemic whilst we were there. Luckily, I only seem to remember getting bitten by fairly harmless mosquitos.....

A poor showing for this month's photo comp. Obviously the Bearbones Forum bikepackers are a brave, intrepid bunch who wouldn't recognise fear* even if it crept out of the woods, into their bivi bags and clamped itself around their nuts
