Do you carry stuff that you never use? I don't mean bike spares or a first aid kit, I mean stuff that you take with every intention of using but somehow, just never do.

I've got an external battery pack for my iPhone, it's been on every trip with me so far but I switch my phone to airplane mode so as not to waste the battery unless I have my hammock cinema going. On WRT I can watch a film both nights and its only down to about 60%. I've got the Spot to let the wife know I'm ok.

But I'll still take it.
