Sarn helen? The problem with Sarn Heln is that we only know of reasonably short sections for certain. Everything else is a guess. There's the goodly off-road section between Brecon and Neath mapped as 'Sarn Helen' which is a good ride. Like Stu suggests though, you can find bits of 'Sarn Helen' all...

I not ran tubes for over 10 years thus saving myself a lot of dosh, plus not having to carry spares save a lot of dead weight. Also I can run lower psi to give a smother ride.
