Sarn helen? The problem with Sarn Heln is that we only know of reasonably short sections for certain. Everything else is a guess. There's the goodly off-road section between Brecon and Neath mapped as 'Sarn Helen' which is a good ride. Like Stu suggests though, you can find bits of 'Sarn Helen' all...

I not ran tubes for over 10 years thus saving myself a lot of dosh, plus not having to carry spares save a lot of dead weight. Also I can run lower psi to give a smother ride.

Fantastic scenery, Most get to wales next year myself.

I'm cycling to/from work at the mo. next year to carry on doing that and get out on weekend camps more often

At the moment I been taking Porridge oats for breakfast cus cus with tin of tomato flavoured mackerels Roasted peanuts mars bars

I'm just wondering what food (breakfast, tea, snacks) do people take with them when you go away for a few days?
