Waiting on my bivy bag to arrive otherwise it's going to be flappy tarp and the stars for me! That's if my southern softie mate gets his @rse into gear and stops checking the weather...

My mate and I will arrive very late on Friday so we'll miss the pub I'm afraid. We'll arrive and setup some stealth Bivis and get a few hrs kip. I'm riding out from Chester to meet him by the M6 so my gear setup should be tested ready to roll on Sat. Weather looks gash but hopefully will clear up!!!...

Hi Guys LL200 is a beast of a ride. I've only managed half of it. Ambleside to Keswick and that involved some vaguely exciting BW, massive hike-a-bike and serious rocks. We barely made it to Buttermere. Honister is brutally steep but on tarmac and the section to Keswick is vaguely exciting technical...
