Re: Patagonia Nano Puff sizing?
Just as an aside I’ve just had my 20 yr old Nano puff repaired by Patagonia for free including free post and return. Excellent service and totally free. My jacket zip had broken and they replaced it with a new one and patched up a few worn bits and tears on various bits of the jacket. It’s a brillia...

Wanted - Stooge Scrambler or Dirt Tracker
Frame and fork ideally. May also consider Speedbomb/ Dirtbomb.
I’m in the South of England.
Cheers. Richb.
Ps - I’m aware of Darren’s on here but that’s not likely to work out due to distance.

Looking for a pair of 29 er qr non boost wheels for my longitude.
What sort of price are you looking for to sell and where are you based?

Re: You already know this, but.....
A synthetic jacket, waterproof, beanie hat, gloves and a foil bag doesn’t take up that much room thesedays. It’s not like it’s the 80s and you need a rucksack to hump a few essentials like that about in. Apart from the synthetic duvet jacket you can get the rest in a jersey pocket thesedays. I tend ...

Re: is this a daft question - two quilts
I though one of those sea to summit reactor sleeping bag liners would be useful in the winter with a quilt. Make it a bit cosier and less drafty at least.

Re: Quad lock vs SP connect
It was a topeak omni - they also do one with a power pack piggy back mount. Prob great if you have a phone with a home button and already have a decent waterproof case.

Re: Quad lock vs SP connect
I’d been using the lifeproof fre case with their stick on mount and bar mount kit. It was solid on an iPhone 6 and didn’t move, break etc and gave full phone functionality. You could even stick a battery pack in a top tube mounted bag and connect to the charge point on the phone. All good. I still h...

Ortlieb frame bag - Genesis longitude
Hi
Anyone using a longitude and have an Ortlieb frame pack? Small top tube bag or larger triangle bag... how do they fit, is it possible to use a small triangle bag and keep the rearmost bottle position?
Want to be able to use it on my escapade as well so perhaps the top tube bag would be better?

That latitude looks like it’s running 29 x 3” tyres. Thought that yr they didn’t have clearance for that size tyre? It’s a 2016 right?

Re: If you had to sell one of these.......
If anyone’s in the south and wants to donate any bikes or bike bits, this is a great project: http://www.newforestbikeproject.org
Also - I don’t think having one bike and lots of different sets of wheels is any less complicated than just having three different types of bike!

Re: Exped SynMat HL M / AirMat HL M... Thoughts?
What about the sea to summit ultralight? How do these compare to the expedition and thermarests mentioned? The button quilted thing looks comfy and not as easy to roll off to me and if one of those welds delaminates it's less likely to be an issue (apart from getting a poke in the ribs) as it won't ...
