On the plus side I’ve cycled more in January than last month and I've increased my FTP to 254 from 239. Back to work Monday, 90Kg goal weight by the end of the ye...

Pretty much sorted where I am, though a cottage on the outskirts of a village further up the coast would be great if it happens.
