I have 10kg to shift to get back to fighting weight. Not too fussed about the fat v carbs debate I'm working on the assumption that if I don't put it in my gob it wont end up on my 4rse!

Not really sure on the machine side of things as I just borrowed my wifes, as far as I can tell it's a bog standard analogue one that I bought some strong needles for. It's nothing fancy but it'll go through webbing and 2 layers of 1000D cordura. A nice lady in the sewing shop took pity on me and to...

Well done! You've got to start somewhere. :-bd Most definitely not an easy two days in the saddle. If it was easy there'd be crowds! I'll see if I can sneak the YD200 past the Mrs might plan to ride straight through but have the backup of some overnight kit, it can't be any worse than the YD300

If the weather is too crappy to kip on the tops then I plan on dropping down and trying to kip there.
Also isn't there the Station Inn near the Viaduct too? I saw some folk camping behind it 3 weeks ago.

I've topped 3000m climbing in a day twice in the last 4 weeks Impressive. I think I've done 3,000m+ about twice in the last 5 years.
