I had a go in August too, really enjoyed the route, had rubbish weather on the last day though! We had a decent amount of time for it, so took our time and enjoyed the experience. Assuming the whole covid / border situation is OK myself and a mate are going to race it in 2022. Fingers crossed, put it this way, all the planning and spending is aiming for next year.

I'm looking forward to giving that a go. Out on the South Downs Way, round King Alfred, back along the Thames Path, then home down the BHF route. Should be fun!!

Don't forget my SD300 is down that way for anyone who fancies giving that a go....

Worthing area

I've got the PIpedream 400 (the older version, not the new one with hydrophobic down), I sleep cold and it's been really good. I've only really been cold doing the BB winter events, but I wore a down jacket too and that helped, a bit!
