Re: FS VEE Trax Fatty (folding) 3" 29" Tyre (50 mile)
Actually not so bothered about weight. I considered the carbon rims when I was looking what wheels to get built up, but carbon is a bit of an unknown quantity to me, so I just went with what I figured was tried and tested and pretty bomb proof - I want the wheel to last a long time and be reliable i...

Re: FS VEE Trax Fatty (folding) 3" 29" Tyre (50 mile)
Hmmm, nextdaytyres.co.uk reckon they have the Panaracer B Nimble's in... And 765g - that seems incredibly light. I've just had a Velocity blunt rim built up for the back of my bike - tempted to try a B nimble up front on the Duelly, and stick the 2.35 Ikon on the back... Choices choices. Thanks for ...

Re: FS: Cassette and rotors
Hi, I'd like the Cassette if it is still available please. Not sure how to proceed (new to the forum). Is there a way of contacting me off the forum or do I need to pop my email address on here?

Re: FS VEE Trax Fatty (folding) 3" 29" Tyre (50 mile)
Hi, yes, run tubeless on a Velocity Duelly (i think that's how you spell it - 45mm anyway). It just felt a *lot* heavier than a 2.35 maxxis... Mind you, it did feel pretty invincible and definitely made a difference cornering and on the really bumpy stuff. Sorry for pulling it - I think I have decid...

FS VEE Trax Fatty (folding) 3" 29" Tyre (50 mile)
Hi, I recently bought a VEE Rubber 3” tyre to try out on the front of my 29er. TBH, I didn’t really like it, and don’t think it is necessary for the type of riding I do. Curiosity got the better of me. Anyway, it has done about 50 mile - mostly on forest tracks. It cost £71 three weeks ago... any of...

2012 Salsa Fargo for sale - Jones H Bar - 2012 2*10 Gripshif
Hello, I have a bike for sale - it is a 2012 Salsa Fargo (Medium frame) modified with Jones H bars and 2012 2*10 SRAM Gripshifts. Also, I've added hydraulic brakes (shimano deore) for a bit more stopping power. I bought the fargo last year and swapped out the bars almost immediately - I couldn't qui...
