Re: That'll keep the legal team happy....
There are fairly standard bar with a loop attached some people will like them some people will hate them. We might only make one batch of them and that's OK 1) Yes we will do a bag for them - can't say when, as we are still selling more than we can make, and will be expanding the UK factory producti...

Re: Free Goodies - Alpkit
I think we are all sorted now. Although we are always happy to accept any trip reports for the site, we don't normally remunerate for this. This was just to make sure we get an event report for the TNB as it would of been me writing one but I can't make it.

Free Goodies - Alpkit
Free Stuff in exchange for TNB trip report. Unfortunately I can't make the There 'n' back, but i'm hoping that there is someone out there happy to write a trip report in exchange for £25 of free stuff. We would need about 1000 words and some pictures. If your interested give me shout Nick@alpkit.com...

Re: PSA: New luggage at AlpKit
Excuse the blatant stock update - The factory have just rushed through an order for more fuel pods. So there is Black-Med going up on the site today and some Black-Sml going up tomorrow.

Re: PSA: New luggage at AlpKit
One small but hopefully nifty feature is that we have placed the zip a little more centrally. This allows you to turn the bag upside down and gives a few options on weird frame shapes and f/s. It doesn't seem to effect the packing.(ie stuff falling out)

Re: PSA: New luggage at AlpKit
Hi The Kangas (the new name for the Y-front)will be coming off the production line tomorrow and i'm pretty sure we should have the carbon fiber insert sorted some next week. Either way i'm confident that we can get things sorted by Christmas. Shortly after we should have the Roo's, which is the fron...

There is more being made anyway but if everyone wants Flo orange then we might as well make a load of those rather than a mix of colors. Frame Bags (plus fatbike versions, for those lucky enoug...

Tickets have nearly sold out, so if partners or friends are being met, and they haven't got a ticket they need to get a move on.

As long as there is an accompanying adult at the Big Shakeout, then there shouldn't be any problem.

If there under 16 then the same rules apply as the std entry into the BSO, otherwise it's the normal price.

Re: Bear Bones / AlpKit Big Night Out - Entries open.
We have special wrist bands and possibly snipers so this isn't a cheap way to get into the bigshakeout on Friday night. Anyone that develops a "mechanical" will be given full support to get back on the road, which includes me getting my Halfords multi-tool out and lending you a couple of p...

Re: Ultralight weights - sub 25lb?
There are some interesting articles on BPL.com about going SUL (Super Ultra Light) this by definition, calls for a base pack weight less than 5 pounds (2.27 kg).
So it's possible. As with all this stuff it's about compromise.

Perhaps you detailing the rough night you had spent, with tales of woe about how the Sky remote button didn't quite work, and the light casting a weird shadow on the flat screen. Although i think what was most distressing was the picnic bench making that odd squeak when you where eating your perfect...
